In this course you are welcome with or without your baby to recover slowly, safely and deeply from the period of pregnancy and your delivery. Using the method of the doctor and yoga teacher Bernadette De Gasquet, this course will be an opportunity to regain one's unity, to take time for oneself, to work on strengthening the muscles and to re-tone one's deep perineum.

For all mothers who wish to benefit from the benefits of the gentleness of yoga in order to feel good and learn to gradually regain possession of their body (stretching, carrying the child, turning around, getting up, relaxing. ..).

 

The De Gasquet method aims to integrate breathing, the work of drainage and strengthening of the perineum for each movement.

This course invites all women right after childbirth and for as long as they need it. Your baby will have his place, you can breastfeed or cuddle him when needed, of course.
