Outdoor yoga

Your outdoor yoga season opens at the beginning of June 2020!

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

I suggest that we meet up every week for one or more moments of yoga at La Fontaine Park in Montreal.

It will be an opportunity to practice together and enjoy the pleasures of summer in Montreal ️ 🦋

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

I will keep you informed of the course schedule (via social networks).

Note that the schedule varies each week (morning, evening, week or weekend) depending on what the weather tells us. Until the last moment we will also have to adapt ...

How many students ?

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Classes are for a maximum of 12 students in order to respect as much as possible the safety distances linked to the current situation and to ensure optimal quality of the course in restricted committees.

How to register ?

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

To find out if there are still places, you will have to contact me directly (email, Instagram or Facebook).

If there are still places, to reserve, you will be asked to make an interac transfer of 12 dollars for a classic course and 20 dollars for a two-hour workshop (information for interac: anna.rassay@gmail.com / 5149789105 / password: 'anna').

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Don't forget to send me your contact details (last name, first name, email, phone number) and tell me if your state of health requires special arrangements.

Once your payment has been made, your place will be automatically reserved and I will come back to you to give you the information related to the organization.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Passes for the summer season are also possible to save you time and money. The 5-session pass is $ 50 (instead of 60) and the 10-session pass is $ 100 (instead of 120).

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

Material:

You will be asked to bring your carpet and possibly a sheet or towel (to protect your carpet if you ever fear that it will get dirty if the ground is earthy).

Timing:

I recommend arriving at least 15min before the time to find the meeting point and settle in.

Please note that the course will start at the indicated time and that it lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 15 minutes. For the workshops, it will be an opportunity to deepen our practice and to go further, thus, a duration of two hours is planned for each workshop.

Cancellation:

If ever the weather does not allow you to take the course, another date will be offered later but no refund can be made.

To learn more about the cancellation conditions on your part, I suggest you read the paragraph which is dedicated to the 'general conditions of sale' but be aware that no refund is possible.

What type of course?

The classes and workshops are hatha yoga style, a rather gentle (and not dynamic) yoga. We will breathe, take the time to perform each posture in awareness, pay attention to our alignment, concentrate, test, dare, but above all listen to ourselves with kindness.

If you have any questions, I would be there to guide you and give you the variation if needed.

For more information, do not hesitate to contact me.

See you soon on our carpets, in the grass!
