Article 4: CONDUCT OF A yoga WORKSHOP (adults or children)

Payment is made in Canadian dollars by interac transfer or cash.

Payment must be received no later than the scheduled date of any course in order to ensure the student's place.

Classes:

I offer individual and card courses. Registrations are made before each course with Anna Rassay depending on availability in the courses.

In the event of the student's absence for any reason whatsoever, it is not possible to be reimbursed, a postponement may be possible if the student informs 48 hours before the start of the course.

Article 6 - WITHDRAWAL / CANCELLATION / REFUND OF SERVICES

Payment is made on the day of the workshop at the latest.

If the student is absent from the workshop, the workshop regulations are due.

If the student wishes to cancel his workshop, he has 48 hours to notify the teacher in order to allow him to postpone his class to another time.

For students who have a card, a course not canceled 48 hours before will be considered as due and therefore deducted from the course card.

No refund will be made.

Cancellation of workshops by Anna Rassay

Anna Rassay reserves the right to cancel the workshops if there is not a minimum of two students or if Anna Rassay is unable to lead the session.

Courses that are canceled are not deducted from the cards.

Article 7 - RESPONSIBILITY

Anna Rassay cannot be held liable in the event of an accident resulting from the failure to observe the safety instructions given by the teacher, or from the inappropriate use of the equipment.

DISCHARGE OF RESPONIBILITY
