Traditional Hatha Yoga

The yoga classes offered here are traditional hatha yoga classes, a yoga that has its origin in India.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

The course is focused on a conscious practice of our breathing, slow and deep (in which we stay in postures for about 5 breaths), which aims at the precision of the alignment of the postures in order to be as fair as possible for each person. (and thus derive the most benefits). Verbal and manual adjustments are present unless the student does not want them. In this course everyone can find their account by taking the options (variations) of each posture brought.

In addition to this, you need to know more about it.

It is an ideal time to take care of yourself, to reconnect with yourself while respecting and listening to your body.

In hatha yoga we come to stretch deeply, tone and gain strength, release various tensions (all yoga postures have many benefits, both physically and mentally or energetically), but above all here we come to breathe and recharge our batteries.

Typical session:

The course generally begins with a small introduction (relaxation, warm-up posture, calm course intention or breathing practice); then we perform a sequence called "the sun salutation" in order to wake up each part of your body and actively engage our breathing in line with our movements.

The practice of postures takes place and they vary according to each class; each class has different types of postures that are performed standing and on the floor (forward and backward bends, twists of the spine, balance postures, etc.).

To end the class, a moment of relaxation and meditation will be set up in order to benefit from all the effects of the practice and to feel connected to oneself and completely relaxed, as in a cocoon (music or not, cushion for the eyes if envy, essential oils, Tibetan bowl and relaxing atmosphere at the rendezvous.
